As a member of our virtual care team, you’ll be instrumental in providing exceptional, primarily asynchronous primary care that enhances both outcomes and patient experience.

What you’ll do:
– Provide high-quality asynchronous care with over 90% of patient ratings at 4 or 5 stars
– Manage a minimum of 20 asynchronous cases daily while upholding top clinical standards
– Build strong patient relationships, achieving over 80% engagement over six months
– Become proficient in our tech platforms and AI tools within four weeks of onboarding
– Contribute at least one care protocol or operational improvement idea each quarter
– Communicate clearly and effectively in writing, demonstrating excellent clinical judgment
– Collaborate across teams with a humble, team-oriented approach
– Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment by staying adaptable and innovative
– Lead the way in asynchronous-first care, helping to redefine primary care delivery
About you:
– Licensed in Texas (required); additional state licenses are a plus
– At least 3 years of experience in primary care (family or internal medicine)
– Experience with telemedicine
– Available to work Sana Care hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm CT
– Strong clinical judgment and a deep dedication to primary care
– Skilled at multitasking and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
– Technologically savvy and open to innovation
– A collaborative, low-ego team player who communicates with empathy and clarity
– Action-oriented and willing to take smart risks
– Excellent communicator across all formats—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing

Compensation:
The base salary for this remote U.S.-based role is between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, with additional equity. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
