Become a key member of our team as an Application Support Analyst, where you’ll provide expert technical support to both internal and external users of the Aledade app. As the initial point of contact, you’ll deliver prompt and effective assistance through chat, manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, and resolve issues using established procedures. Your strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset will help ensure a smooth user experience and contribute to the platform’s success. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide chat-based support to users, resolving technical issues using predefined steps
– Triage and manage incomplete support tickets
– Troubleshoot technical problems related to app access, practice locations, providers, users, patient merges, telehealth, and more, following established procedures
– Support project tasks within the Practice Success team under the guidance of senior staff
Required Qualifications:
– At least one year of experience troubleshooting application issues in a healthcare environment
– Basic understanding of HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA, including their purposes and transmission methods
– Familiarity with navigating AWS S3 folders
– Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, empathy, and professionalism
– Team-oriented mindset
– Openness to feedback and adaptability for personal growth
– Associate degree
Preferred Skills:
– Ability to write or execute basic SQL queries
