Who You Are
You are an enthusiastic customer service expert who thrives on delivering outstanding client experiences. You’re skilled at multitasking, managing pipelines, and using technology effectively while maintaining a personal touch. You’re a driven, high-performing team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by working alongside equally dedicated colleagues.
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 9AM–6PM EST (Weekend Shift)
What You’ll Do:
– Offer comprehensive support and solutions to BHG customers
– Communicate with clients through multiple channels
– Become an expert on BHG’s products and services
– Record customer interactions and inquiries using a CRM system
– Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
What You’ll Need:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Availability to work Friday–Tuesday, 9AM–6PM EST (Weekend Shift)
– 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
– Strong critical thinking and communication skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
