The Role:
As the voice of InfinitePay, you’ll be on the front lines delivering top-notch customer support. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll handle everything from simple questions to complex technical challenges. Your goal: provide outstanding service, resolve issues from start to finish, and turn problems into successes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone, delivering excellent support and solutions.
– Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
– Offer alternative solutions to retain and delight customers.
– Follow up and manage callbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Use AI to automate processes and enhance customer engagement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
– Excellent communication skills across various channels.
– A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
– Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
– A sense of ownership and commitment to resolving issues.
– Attention to detail and a drive for continuous learning.
– Fluency in Portuguese.
– Upper-intermediate English skills for internal communication with our global team.
– Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI interaction.
– Foundational knowledge of SQL.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with programming languages, especially Ruby or Python.
