As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll join a team of over 30 agents as we expand our services throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on being fast, dependable, friendly, and approachable. We avoid jargon and focus on having real, meaningful conversations with our customers.

Please note: This is a zero-hour contract position. You must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work here.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat
– Providing real-time support to our UK-based stores to ensure a great customer experience
– Contributing to the development of our systems and processes as we grow
– Delivering top-tier customer service using CRM tools like Kustomer and UJET
– Representing Gopuff’s brand voice while resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
– Working weekends and in rotating shifts

About you:

– You’re fully flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
– You have the right to work in the UK
– You have experience using customer service platforms to provide live support
– You’ve worked in customer-facing roles where empathy and problem-solving are key
– You’re tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple screens with live order data
– You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
– Speaking a second language is a bonus
– You’re able to work remotely within the UK
