⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for a fully remote Customer Support Specialist to join the Lodgify team!
In this role, your main focus will be helping people. You’ll become a Lodgify expert (we call ourselves “gurus”) and use your knowledge to guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. You’ll respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help users get the most out of our platform.
⭐ How You’ll Make a Difference
– Deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
– Troubleshoot and resolve general technical problems on the platform
– Share customer feedback and issues with relevant teams and follow up when needed
– Identify and report software bugs to help improve the product
⭐ What Makes You a Strong Candidate
– Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
– Patience, attention to detail, and a logical mindset
– Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– A positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability
– Familiarity with CRM and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
– Willingness to work on weekends
– Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
