We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Salesforce Administrator Intern to assist with our CRM operations and help enhance the performance of our Salesforce platform. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience with a vital system used across multiple departments.

The intern will collaborate with seasoned Salesforce professionals and cross-functional teams to support data quality efforts, generate reports, perform basic configuration tasks, and contribute to improving the overall health of the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, has a basic understanding of Salesforce, and is passionate about using technology to streamline business operations.

This position is well-suited for students pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field who are interested in a career in CRM administration or analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Support daily Salesforce administrative tasks, including managing user accounts, permissions, and roles.
– Help ensure data accuracy through regular cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
– Review backlog items and coordinate with the Scrum leader and business teams to update functional and technical requirements.
– Assist in configuring standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
– Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM, gained through coursework, self-study, or prior internships.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
– Clear verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
– Willingness to learn Salesforce best practices and platform features.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

– Experience with web analytics and interpreting data.
– Participation in cross-functional projects involving web technologies.
– Ability to make decisions based on data insights.
– Understanding of IT processes, especially in a healthcare technology setting.
