As the Senior Manager of Practice Operations for Population Health, you will oversee a team focused on optimizing performance in Expert Medical Opinion (EMO), Care & Case Management (CCM), and Utilization Management (UM), reporting directly to the Director. Leveraging data insights, you will manage clinical staffing, scheduling, and a multi-state licensing strategy to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements while scaling operations. You’ll work cross-functionally across Included Health to streamline administrative processes, enhance data-driven decisions, and ensure efficient staffing and national clinical coverage. You will also lead the licensing strategy to maintain broad state coverage and balanced caseloads. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to improve healthcare operations.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage KPIs for operational team members in the population health clinic.
– Develop and execute data-informed staffing and resource plans in collaboration with teams such as Clinical Leadership, Recruitment, Licensing, and CaPS.
– Lead the strategy for multi-state clinical licensing to ensure nationwide coverage.
– Oversee caseload distribution by aligning licensing requirements with operational needs.
– Enhance scheduling practices through load balancing and improved transparency.
– Define and evaluate key metrics to improve operational performance.
– Promote effective use of health IT systems to track patient outcomes and care plans.
– Lead new clinic initiatives and program rollouts.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
– Availability to work 9AM–6PM or 8AM–5PM in your local time zone.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in population health, chronic disease management, or care coordination.
– Strong skills in data analytics, including reporting and software tools.
– Proven leadership and project management experience with clinical teams.
– Solid understanding of value-based care models.
– Experience with EHR systems and care management analytics tools.
– Excellent collaboration skills to improve cross-functional processes.
– Demonstrated success in delivering projects.
– Strong and empathetic communication skills across various platforms.
– Ability to represent practice operations effectively across departments.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office software.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
– This is a remote role requiring consistent attendance at your remote work location.
– Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
– Manual dexterity and coordination to use a computer and office equipment.
– Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be needed (e.g., laptop).

Compensation:
Annual base salary ranges for full-time new hires in the U.S. are:
– Zone A: $149,450 – $211,100 + equity + benefits
– Zone B: $164,395 – $232,210 + equity + benefits
– Zone C: $179,340 – $253,320 + equity + benefits
– Zone D: $194,285 – $274,430 + equity + benefits
These ranges reflect the minimum and maximum salary targets based on geographic zones. Final compensation will depend on factors such as education, experience, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market data.
