Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members located across the U.S. If you prefer working in an office, this role can also be based at our Philadelphia headquarters. We are only able to consider candidates located in the U.S. who can work during standard continental U.S. hours.

Role Highlights:

– Play a key role in growing revenue by retaining and expanding your client portfolio through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
– Build strong, empathetic, and transparent client relationships focused on helping them exceed their goals.
– Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and identifying growth opportunities.
– Help shape the future of the SEO team by participating in hiring and team-building efforts.
– Share your expertise and insights on industry trends with clients and the broader digital marketing community.
– Embrace AI tools to enhance efficiency in your work and share your findings to benefit the entire team.

Essential Skills:

– Hands-on SEO agency experience across areas like content strategy, enterprise SEO, PR, paid media, and analytics. You create integrated strategies, use AI where it adds value, and measure success through data.
– Strong client management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and connect digital tactics to business outcomes.
– Excellent conflict resolution abilities, helping to de-escalate tense situations with both clients and team members.
– Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue.
– Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams of four or more direct reports.
– Talent for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to join your team.

90-Day Goals:

– By Day 30: Complete training and begin supporting clients and team members.
– By Day 60: Lead at least two impactful client initiatives and support two direct reports.
– By Day 90: Fully manage a portfolio of clients and team members independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

– Salary range: $95,000–$116,000 annually, based on experience and skills.
– Compensation reviewed at least annually.
