As a Systems Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing Versapay’s end-user technologies, including O365, Azure, Okta, Azure AD, Intune, JAMF, and other tools. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing these systems to support our team effectively.

What You’ll Do

– Collaborate with business and tech teams to design and implement solutions that address key challenges and deliver value.
– Provide daily support and troubleshooting for tools like Jira, GitHub, Azure AD, Okta, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other cloud services.
– Manage system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
– Assist in deploying and managing new business-critical applications.
– Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
– Keep detailed records of support interactions and document troubleshooting processes.
– Create and update internal IT documentation and user help guides.
– Offer after-hours support when needed.

What You’ll Bring

– 3+ years of experience with:
– Managing Office 365 environments (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
– Identity and Access Management tools (Azure AD, Active Directory, OKTA, GSuite, Auth0)
– Scripting in PowerShell or Python to automate problem detection and resolution
– Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Windows/Mac platforms, JAMF, and virtual desktops
– Troubleshooting IT hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors)
– Supporting collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office)
– Using IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Spiceworks, Zendesk)
– Providing daily front-line support to a wide range of users
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
– Enthusiasm for new technologies and a curious, solutions-focused attitude
– A passion for helping others resolve tech issues

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
