The Role
Veeva provides industry‑leading cloud software for the life sciences field, along with training and certification programs that help users, implementers, and managers build and validate expertise in our products and data solutions.

Every year, thousands of Veeva customers, partners, and employees worldwide seek to gain job‑ready skills and advance their careers. As a technical instructor, you’ll teach and guide them through a broad curriculum covering roles from technical architects, developers, and administrators to application‑focused business analysts and power users.

You will deliver and manage these programs, serving as both a product expert and advocate to help learners make full use of Veeva solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions, with occasional onsite travel
• Continuously strengthen your training delivery skills and technical product knowledge
• Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and curriculum developers to refine and evolve training programs
• Lead or support initiatives aligned with Veeva’s business objectives and enhance learner experience
• Take ownership in identifying improvements to training methods and content
• Collaborate with leadership to promote ongoing development and new learning approaches
• Provide continued support to learners through Q&A, office hours, and troubleshooting

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training
• Strong presentation skills across diverse settings
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong commitment to quality and Veeva’s core values
• Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite training, including potential international travel

Nice to Have
• Experience with relational databases
• Background in life sciences or related products and processes
• Experience implementing cloud‑based technical solutions

Compensation
• Base salary: $70,000–$120,000
• Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and overall qualifications. Additional compensation such as bonuses or stock may also apply.
