Introduction:
We’re hiring a UK-based Physiotherapist (PT) who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. This is a remote position within the UK. If you’re excited about our mission, we encourage you to apply.
What you’ll do:
– Provide one-on-one support to members via chat, phone, and video calls
– Use our digital platform to support surgical prehabilitation and treat musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions
– Host online group learning webinars
– Moderate peer support groups within our app
– Help validate new clinical programs
What you’ll need:
– Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
– At least 3 years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions
– A holistic approach to care that values overall well-being
– Strong digital communication skills to effectively engage members
– Ability to balance clinical duties with a focus on member motivation and behavior change
– Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
– A strong commitment to data privacy and security
Bonus if you have:
– Completed formal pelvic health training (e.g., Level 1 pelvic coursework or equivalent)
– Experience providing behavioral support (e.g., for addiction or weight loss)
Compensation:
– Total annual compensation: £28,364 – £44,573
– Base salary: £27,584 – £43,346
– Equity value per year: £781 – £1,227
