The Workfront Administrator will oversee the daily management of Workfront, focusing on user support and system optimization. You’ll play a key role in resolving issues, onboarding new users, and enhancing the platform. This role collaborates closely with the Lead Workfront Architect, development and training teams, and business stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
You should have deep expertise in Workfront, a strong interest in its continued development, and the ability to support users and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and resolve user support tickets efficiently.
– Troubleshoot and resolve system or user-related issues.
– Provide post-release support and assist with onboarding.
– Lead user training sessions and promote platform updates.
– Maintain and update training materials in line with system changes.
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new workflows and integrations.
– Monitor system usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
– Stay current on Workfront updates and industry best practices.
– Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge of Workfront administration.
About You:
– 3+ years of experience as a Workfront Administrator.
– Workfront Core Developer Certification (Professional or Expert) preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration and best practices.
– Excellent problem-solving and user support skills.
– Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
– Quick to learn new workflows and systems.
– Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
– Proven ability to work with cross-functional, remote teams.
– Experience with security and compliance best practices.
– Familiar with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
– Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
