As a Senior NOC – Render Wrangler, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the rendering workflows and underlying infrastructure, ensuring that systems run at maximum efficiency. You will also support the Network Operations Center by troubleshooting issues, coordinating responses, and maintaining reliability across rendering and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities include managing jobs according to production needs, identifying and reporting issues through monitoring tools, assisting artists, tracking incidents through ticketing systems, monitoring system and network performance, creating dashboards in relevant tools, and supporting team members under the guidance of supervisors and leads.

Requirements include over five years of professional experience—preferably in VFX or animation—along with an understanding of feature film production, familiarity with tools such as Maya, Arnold, Houdini, and Nuke, basic system administration knowledge, experience with farm management software, and proficiency in Python as a plus. Candidates should also have experience with Windows Server, Linux, networking (ideally CCNA), troubleshooting by severity levels, ticketing systems, and dashboard configuration. Strong English skills are required.
