About the Role:
As a Renewal Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing Docebo’s contract renewals by ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in our processes. Reporting to the Finance team, this position focuses on executing renewal strategies, equipping internal teams with accurate data, well-structured agreements, and risk-mitigating processes to protect revenue.
You’ll work closely with Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth, strategic renewals. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, process-focused, and commercially savvy — and wants to make a tangible impact on revenue retention without being in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review renewal contracts to ensure they meet Docebo’s standards, policies, and revenue recognition rules.
– Manage the renewal workflow in Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate progression of opportunities.
– Collaborate with Finance and Legal to prepare, review, and finalize renewal agreements with consistent terms and pricing.
– Maintain and improve renewal documentation, templates, and guides to streamline processes.
– Provide data insights and scenario planning to support Account Management in making strategic decisions.
– Track and forecast renewal pipelines and report performance to leadership.
– Identify risks in renewal contracts (pricing, terms, usage, etc.) and suggest proactive solutions.
– Maintain accurate records and drive process improvements across renewal operations.
– Analyze past renewals to improve strategies and identify trends in outcomes and discounting.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate financial and contractual risks.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple renewals at once.
– Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and teamwork.
– Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in renewals, deal desk, sales operations, contract management, or business operations.
– Familiarity with contract law or commercial contract processes.
– Experience with financial modeling, pricing analysis, or revenue forecasting.
– Background working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
Benefits & Perks:
– Generous vacation policy, plus floating holidays for cultural or religious observances
– Employee Share Purchase Plan
– Opportunities for career growth and internal mobility
– Four employee resource groups: Docebo Women’s Alliance, PRIDE, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors
– WeWork partnership and a “Work from Anywhere” program
