Everbridge is a global SaaS leader in critical communications and enterprise safety, and we’re expanding quickly. We’re seeking a Renewal Specialist to join our remote team in Hungary and help ensure our customers stay satisfied, supported, and loyal year after year.
In this role, you will manage the entire renewal process for our US-based clients — ensuring renewals are handled smoothly, on time, and successfully, contributing directly to our goal of maintaining over 95% customer retention.
What you’ll do:
• Take full responsibility for the renewal cycle, from generating quotes to finalizing agreements.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide clients through the renewal experience.
• Work closely with Account Managers and collaborate with teams in Marketing, Implementation, Finance, and Legal.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, campaigns, and customer health insights.
• Maintain accurate tracking in Salesforce and assess renewal performance data.
What you’ll bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar area.
• Strong ability to lead discussions with clients and internal teams to uncover, clarify, and document complex needs and develop effective solutions.
• A history of growing revenue within existing accounts is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational and administrative skills.
• Good understanding of sales cycles and timing, with the ability to close renewal deals over the phone.
• Proficiency in current Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
