The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our Spanish‑speaking customers placing meal orders. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service while processing orders accurately and efficiently.

The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with possible overtime beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Position responsibilities may include handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with meal orders, answering questions and providing exceptional service, entering order details into the correct system, documenting all client communications, ensuring all assigned customers have active orders, contacting case managers when special situations arise, and working efficiently without making customers feel rushed.

Required qualifications include fluency in both Spanish and English, a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, strong verbal communication skills, prior data entry experience, and a history of following company policies and demonstrating core values.

Preferred experience includes one year of call center work.

Physical requirements involve repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements; primarily seated work requiring long periods in one position; and sufficient visual ability, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
