As an Estimate Scheduler, you will serve as our first point of contact, connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that surpass expectations.
Working Hours: 8am–6pm PT
Fluent, professional spoken and written English is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and provide top-tier customer service.
• Schedule and manage leads, turning inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Create and refine systems that boost team efficiency.
• Perform regular reporting using company spreadsheets and monitor performance metrics.
• Increase customer engagement by gathering reviews and completing satisfaction follow-ups.
• Support creative projects, social activities, and internal office events.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to assist overall company operations.
Qualifications:
• Advanced English proficiency
• Demonstrated experience in administrative or operational roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets
