Why This Role Matters
At Arcadia.io, the Implementation Manager (IM) leads projects that bring our product to life for customers. The IM is the central figure responsible for ensuring customers realize the value of our platform and for representing Arcadia throughout the relationship. This role directly influences customer satisfaction and retention.

Implementation Managers oversee the full lifecycle of implementation, from planning and execution to delivery. They manage complex projects with speed and quality, helping customers reach value quickly.

A strong candidate is highly organized, skilled at balancing priorities, knowledgeable about data architecture, and able to communicate effectively with technical, business, clinical, and client teams.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months
– Learn our platform, industry, and internal processes; complete onboarding and Arcadia Core Platform Certification.
– Work with major customers on complex implementation plans, contributing to discussions and working sessions.
– Manage specific implementation components, such as integration workstreams.

In 6 months
– Develop a deep understanding of technical implementation, client data, and platform configuration.
– Independently oversee multiple aspects of implementation, including data integration and module deployment.

In 12 months
– Fully manage an implementation from contract signing through go-live, including planning, status management, risk handling, and cross-team coordination.
– Earn advanced certification in at least one additional module, demonstrating in-depth industry and product knowledge.
– Help improve implementation processes by refining best practices, tools, and documentation.

What You Will Do
– Lead product implementations, creating project plans and coordinating kickoff, installation, validation, training, and go-live.
– Train customers on Arcadia’s technical processes, product architecture, and best practices for integrating complex healthcare data to drive quality improvement, manage costs, and improve risk adjustment.
– Set engagement goals, priorities, and timelines, and manage daily task execution and status reporting.
– Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues, including complex technical challenges, and design custom solutions using Arcadia’s products and services.
– Own all customer communications and lead recurring and ad-hoc meetings.
– Coordinate activities across customers, internal teams, and third parties, ensuring collaboration and early issue detection.
– Communicate clearly about data structures, platform architecture, and project status to leadership.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience leading software or technology implementation in healthcare, ideally with clinical and claims data integration. Strong knowledge of project management principles and risk mitigation.
– Extensive healthcare expertise, with strong understanding of population health and value-based care, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to clients.
– Experience working with EHR and claims data, plus skills in Tableau, QlikView, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create strong materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and lead meetings with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
– A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
