What We’re Looking For:

– Over 5 years of professional experience in software development
– Strong preference for experience with Generative AI
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
– Minimum of 3 years working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
– Proven experience with large, complex systems
– Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
– Commitment to understanding and achieving client goals
– Adherence to best practices and a dedication to high standards
– Ability to tackle complex problems and contribute to open-source libraries when needed
