Your mission
• Due to our international expansion and 2026 growth goals, we are opening new Sales Manager positions in the tax advisory segment.
• You will learn the challenges SMEs and accounting firms face in accounting and taxation—and how Pennylane can help both groups. You will then take full responsibility for a region in Germany and work to win over the firms in your territory.

How you will do it
In remote or on‑site meetings, you will speak with accounting firms to:
• Understand their business model and their internal and client‑facing challenges
• Present Pennylane and demonstrate how it improves their daily operations
• Close deals by convincing firms to move a significant part of their client portfolio onto Pennylane

After onboarding and the first migrated clients, you will continue to support the firm by:
• Strengthening the relationship and increasing the number of clients they manage on Pennylane
• Coordinating with support teams to ensure the service meets expectations
• Building a network of promoter firms willing to recommend us to peers

Additional responsibilities:
• Collaborating with commercial teams on the business‑owner side to ensure a smooth, mutually beneficial cycle between firms and end‑customers
• Targeted outreach (emails, calls, events, etc.) to high‑potential firms
• Analyzing your performance, learning from teammates, and sharing best practices to boost team results

Your profile
• At least 5 years of experience in sales‑related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS with long and complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders; account management experience is a plus
• Enjoy building customer relationships—meeting prospects/clients, attending events, spending time on‑site; being close to accounting firms is essential
• Persistent, creative, and goal‑oriented
• Confident in a fast‑moving, demanding environment
• Eager to learn, growth‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving
• Skilled at cross‑team collaboration; diplomatic and dependable
• Knowledge of the tax‑tech or fintech ecosystem
• English skills for internal communication and presentations
• Willingness to travel
