The Sales Operations Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our sales team. This role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, maintains accurate CRM data, and delivers insights that guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the sales pipeline.
– Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and automation of key tasks. Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
– Design and scale revenue-generating processes using data and technology to improve sales efficiency.
– Manage sales forecasting models and provide actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic planning.
– Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue-generating activities.
– Clearly communicate complex sales operations processes and analytics to diverse audiences, and train the sales team on new procedures and CRM onboarding.
– Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to boost productivity and efficiency.
– Create and manage dashboards to track KPIs related to partner-driven revenue, pipeline health, and referral activities, offering insights to improve partner programs.
– Analyze customer lifecycle data—including retention, upsell/cross-sell revenue, churn, and customer health—to identify trends and recommend strategies to maximize customer value and reduce risk.
– Refine and enhance processes in Salesforce and other tools, including partner deal registration, co-selling workflows, renewal forecasting, and customer segmentation.
– Build and maintain data and generate reports using Salesforce and Tableau to share operational and revenue insights.
– Adhere to privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
– Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information, using it only as needed for job responsibilities. Misuse may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in sales support or enablement, ideally in a B2B, high-growth, or SaaS environment.
– 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics; Tableau experience is a plus.
– Skilled in analyzing revenue-related KPIs and preparing reports for sales and finance leadership.
– Familiarity with post-sales processes and financial terms (e.g., billing, collections, revenue recognition).
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to design revenue-focused solutions while maintaining a long-term perspective.
