Position Overview:
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for proactively building new client relationships and expanding existing ones to generate new business and grow the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully developing vendor and customer partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Build and expand client relationships through outbound calls, in-person presentations, and participation in industry trade shows.
– Sell a variety of equipment lease financing products and services.
– Oversee and manage a client portfolio, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
– Plan and implement marketing strategies.
– Gather and assess customer financial data and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
– Provide support for any leasing-related inquiries or issues.
– Perform other duties as assigned that align with the core responsibilities of the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
– Proven success in establishing new customer relationships.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of financial statements and basic credit analysis.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and address complex issues.
– Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Physical Demands:

– Frequent use of computer screens and reading materials may cause eye strain.
– Ability to maintain focus in potentially distracting environments.
– Must be able to lift and move files weighing up to 15 pounds.
– Requires the ability to read, hear, write, and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
– Occasional travel for meetings, training, and other business needs.
