Job Title: Global Sales Operations Lead
Location: Serbia (Hybrid work model)
Reporting To: Chief Strategy Officer
Position Overview:
As the Global Sales Operations Lead at sa.global, you will be instrumental in enhancing our global sales operations. You will work closely with local sales operations teams and the Microsoft Partner Deck (MPD) to improve Operational Efficiency, Drive Revenue Growth, and Strengthen Business Analytics. We are looking for a strategic, analytical professional with a strong background in process optimization and deep knowledge of global IT services sales operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Operational Efficiency:
– Lead ongoing improvements to sales operations processes, tools, and systems, ensuring alignment with local needs and global standards.
– Establish and implement best practices to boost efficiency, accuracy, and team responsiveness.
– Partner with regional and local sales teams to identify challenges and implement scalable workflow solutions.
– Align sales operations with sa.global’s strategic goals, including proprietary IP and AI initiatives.
2. Revenue Growth:
– Manage Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, ensuring consistent communication across regions.
– Collaborate with the MPD team to design and manage systems that enhance our Microsoft partnership.
– Identify, secure, and maximize the use of Microsoft funding and incentives.
– Assist sales teams in structuring deals and optimizing commercial terms to increase revenue.
– Work with internal teams to integrate IP products and AI solutions into sales strategies and partner models.
3. Business Analytics:
– Ensure accurate and consistent entry and retrieval of sales and revenue data for executive reporting.
– Develop and enforce data governance policies to improve reporting and decision-making.
– Analyze sales data to provide insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
– Implement dashboards and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue trends.
– Leverage AI-powered analytics for improved forecasting, pipeline management, and customer insights.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Demonstrated leadership in sales operations within a global IT or tech company.
– In-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s Partner Ecosystem, including funding and ISV models.
– Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI).
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
– Excellent stakeholder management across regions and departments.
– Proven ability to lead process improvement and change initiatives in a global setting.
– Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
– Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote, and international environment.
– Familiarity with AI-based sales tools and data automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Microsoft Partner Center and related tools.
– Background in financial analysis or revenue operations.
– Prior leadership of a global sales operations team within the Microsoft ecosystem.
– Knowledge of IP product commercialization and AI-driven business models.
