Job Responsibilities:
– Manage user accounts by creating and maintaining access according to Rackspace’s established profiles and security protocols.
– Provide support and resolve application-related issues.
– Monitor and address requests in the support queue.
– Support booking processes and validate booking data for various sales, commissions, and reporting teams.
– Assist with audits, including end-of-month sales and commission audits, as well as SOX and compliance audits.
– Ensure overall data integrity within Salesforce.
– Work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams to support, maintain, and test changes during Program Increments.
