About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our diverse team. We seek someone passionate about using technology to enhance mental health services, with a strong background in Salesforce administration. This role is key to optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless operations, and enabling our team to provide outstanding care. The successful candidate will support and assist users across our global network.
This position can be based in our Johannesburg, South Africa office, in a hybrid capacity, or fully remote within South Africa. Ideally, candidates should be available for occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
User Management:
– Create, update, and deactivate user accounts
– Assign roles, profiles, and permissions
– Manage user licenses and access
Data Management:
– Import and export data
– Clean and standardize data
– Perform data backups and restorations
Configuration:
– Set up Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts
– Build and customize reports and dashboards
– Configure workflows, approval processes, and automation
Support:
– Provide technical support to users
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues
– Train users on Salesforce features and best practices
Updates and Upgrades:
– Research and recommend Salesforce enhancements
– Support implementation of new features
Security:
– Enforce and maintain security protocols
– Monitor logs and address security concerns
Qualifications
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
– Strong knowledge of core Salesforce features and functionality
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures
– Experience with data import/export, cleaning, and validation
– Familiarity with service desk tools like Jira or similar for managing support requests
