We are looking for a meticulous and process-focused individual to oversee and enhance our lead conversion and Salesforce CRM data workflows. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and quality of lead and contact data, ensuring that sales and marketing teams have dependable information for successful outreach and conversion efforts.
The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology to keep our Salesforce CRM database clean, well-organized, and efficient. This role is part of the Marketing Operations team, with responsibilities that also support the Sales Development team in lead conversion and the Revenue Operations team in maintaining data quality.
How you’ll contribute:
Lead Conversion & Data Management: Accurately and promptly convert leads into contacts in Salesforce CRM, ensuring all information is complete and relevant. Conduct research to confirm business details such as address, number of locations, and other key data before conversion. Qualify leads for business relevance and categorize unqualified leads (e.g., incomplete data, irrelevant industry, duplicates) for proper handling and future use.
Data Quality & Enrichment: Continuously review and enhance lead, contact, and account data to uphold high data integrity using tools like ZoomInfo, Datassentials, and Restaurantology. Identify and fill in missing information to ensure a robust and reliable Salesforce CRM database.
Process Improvement & Collaboration: Improve lead conversion processes for better accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification standards and data protocols. Offer suggestions to enhance Salesforce CRM usage and data quality practices.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor lead conversion performance and deliver regular reports to sales leadership. Analyze trends and identify areas for process improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
– Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce CRM is preferred.
– Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
– Ability to efficiently research business information.
– Proven track record of managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
– Proficiency in data entry and common business software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
– Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
– Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Datassentials, and Restaurantology.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Background in sales operations, data management, or lead processing roles.
– Experience with data enrichment tools and lead generation platforms.
– Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and Salesforce CRM best practices.
