About the Role:

We’re looking for a Process & Implementation Analyst to connect business operations with system capabilities. This position involves documenting and enhancing business processes, gathering and analyzing system requirements, collaborating with the Business Systems team on implementations, and making hands-on system updates when needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze and improve business processes for greater efficiency
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements
– Partner with Business Systems to validate and implement system updates
– Configure and implement system changes as needed
– Test and verify system updates to ensure alignment with business needs
– Provide training and support for new processes and systems
– Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard procedures
– Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams
– Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
– Monitor the impact of changes and suggest further enhancements

Qualifications:

– 5+ years of experience in process analysis, system implementation, or similar roles, including 5+ years in a support environment
– Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design
– Experience in gathering and documenting system requirements
– Ability to collaborate with technical teams on system changes
– Practical experience with Salesforce administration/configuration
– Hands-on experience in system configuration
– Proficiency in tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills:

– Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or automation tools
– Experience working in cross-functional teams
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits:

– Salary range (CAD): $76,300 (min) – $109,000 (mid) – $130,800 (max)
– Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications
– If the role includes variable compensation, the range reflects total target compensation (base + bonus)
