The Warehouse Sanitation Associate is responsible for keeping the facility clean and sanitary. This is a fast-paced role that requires working in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm, and includes a shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
– Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
– Communicate effectively and work well with team members
– Accurately complete all necessary documentation
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager

Required Qualifications:

– Must be 18 years or older
– Strong communication skills
– Team-oriented mindset
– Attention to detail and clear handwriting
– Dependable and trustworthy
– Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
– Must pass a drug screening and background check after a job offer

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience working in cold environments
– High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

– Frequently use hands to handle tools and equipment, and reach with arms
– Regularly stand, speak, and listen
– Occasionally walk, bend, kneel, or crouch
– Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
– Must have good vision, including peripheral and depth perception
– Capable of repetitive tasks
– Able to work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold
