The Role:
We are seeking a Senior ERP Software Engineer with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise for one of our clients. You’re an ideal fit if you’re growth-oriented, passionate about your work, and enjoy developing new ideas to build innovative products.
What we’re looking for:
• Over 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors development and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of HCM, Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience working with SuccessFactors APIs (OData, REST, SOAP) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI, PI/PO, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, JavaScript, and scripting for SuccessFactors extensions.
• Practical experience with SAP BTP, Business Rules, MDF, and creating SuccessFactors custom extensions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-have:
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, Integration, or other modules).
• Experience with AI/ML-based HR automation.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA or payroll integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, and Learning.
• Customize business rules, workflows, and metadata frameworks to match business requirements.
• Improve system performance, usability, and security.
• Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, payroll platforms, and other third-party tools.
• Use OData, REST, and SOAP APIs, as well as SAP Integration Suite (CPI, PI/PO, or Dell Boomi).
• Build and maintain custom extensions through SAP BTP.
• Handle data migration, transformation, and ETL tasks in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or People Analytics.
• Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance challenges, and configuration problems.
