Your future responsibilities:

– You’ll manage the full scheduling and coordination of our smart meter installations — from planning and rescheduling to optimizing team workloads.
– You’ll handle email inquiries and be the go-to contact for customers regarding their installation appointments.
– You’ll support our technicians and be available to assist them with any questions.
– You’ll handle complaints with confidence, find practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and clarity.

Your background:

– You have a solid technical understanding, ideally supported by a technical or commercial qualification.
– You have experience in planning, coordination, or dispatching and can stay organized even under pressure.
– You’re a strong communicator, service-oriented, and enjoy helping customers with clear answers and efficient organization.
– You can plan in a structured way and adapt flexibly to last-minute changes.
– You’re confident in making decisions, enjoy working independently, and collaborate closely with our technicians and customers.
