CI&T is looking for a skilled and driven Scrum Master to join our team in Brazil. You’ll be part of an innovative project within a collaborative, transformative, and multicultural setting.

Position Summary:
As a Scrum Master, you will support the team in delivering consistent and sustainable value by applying agile practices effectively. You’ll help eliminate roadblocks, foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead collaborative sessions such as inception, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
– Assist the Product Owner and team in clarifying goals, risks, and priorities.
– Align cross-functional areas (UX, Architecture, Business, Data) and facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.
– Promote co-creation and learning during discovery phases, keeping the focus on customer value.
– Conduct Scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
– Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress.
– Help improve the team’s delivery consistency and quality.
– Track agile metrics (lead time, throughput, capacity, team satisfaction) to drive ongoing improvement.
– Encourage team autonomy and shared accountability.
– Uphold agile principles and support the growth of agile culture within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills in diverse environments.
– Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team dynamics.
– Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and flow metrics.
– Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.
– Ability to foster engagement, continuous learning, and collaboration.
– Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in agile practices.
– Experience in AI-focused organizations.
