About the Role:
Minted is a design marketplace that sources creative work from independent artists worldwide and sells top designs as art, home décor, and stationery. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for the holiday season to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

As a CSR, you’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. Reporting to a Customer Service Team Supervisor, you’ll need strong verbal and written communication abilities and comfort using various systems and technologies. Our CSRs are empathetic, patient, and committed to creating the best possible customer experience. Since our customer service operates seven days a week, availability for evenings and weekends is required. Work hours and schedules will vary.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver excellent customer service through live chat, email, and phone
– Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
– Offer product and promotion information, assist with order processing, and help customize designs
– Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM while following department guidelines
– Use support tools and training resources to ensure a smooth customer experience
– Identify ways to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership
– Meet quality and productivity performance goals

Qualifications:

– Skilled at resolving customer concerns and managing multiple tasks in a high-volume setting
– Quick to learn new processes, procedures, and products
– Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
– Proficient in using customer service software and systems
– Able to consistently meet a flexible schedule, including weekends, and follow attendance policies

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
– At least 1 year of experience in building customer relationships and resolving complaints
– At least 1 year of experience identifying and solving customer issues and collaborating with teams
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail
– Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

Compensation:

Minted offers a salary range that allows room for growth over time. Starting pay depends on your location:

– Geo Base Salary Range 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $17.65/hour
– Geo Base Salary Range 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $16.19/hour
