RESPONSIBILITIES

– Collaborate with the data team to modernize legacy ETL processes using AWS technologies and DataVault 2.0.
– Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
– Convert complex business workflows into clear, testable data requirements.
– Partner with ETL and BI developers to ensure data solutions align with business goals.
– Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization alongside the Product Owner.
– Contribute to initiatives around data quality, governance, and observability.
– Lead demos and gather feedback from stakeholders.
– Manage incidents and enhancement requests.
– Support the analysis and resolution of incidents.
– Ensure high-quality deliverables before each product increment release.

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce, with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in data or analytics projects.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, capable of connecting technical and non-technical audiences.
– Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or AWS Glue/Redshift is advantageous.
