About the Role
Versapay is looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Reporting to the CMO, this role will oversee content strategy, campaign execution, event marketing, and management of owned social media channels. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across product marketing, demand generation, sales, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Weâre looking for an experienced marketing leader with a flair for storytelling, a data-driven approach, and a track record of delivering impactful, integrated marketing programs.
How Youâll Make an Impact
– Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across content, campaigns, events, and social media
– Create and manage a content strategy that supports the buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more
– Own the campaign calendar and coordinate multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives
– Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer conferences
– Manage Versapayâs social media presence to maintain a consistent brand voice and drive engagement
– Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging with product updates and launches
– Work with sales and revenue teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline goals and sales enablement
– Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights and ROI
– Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth
Key Responsibilities
– Execute end-to-end demand generation programs, both online and offline, including paid and organic media, email campaigns, and ABM initiatives
– Measure program effectiveness and use data to optimize performance
– Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop audience-specific content and messaging
– Build strategies to better target Versapayâs Ideal Customer Profile and key personas using tools like intent data, market research, and sales feedback
– Manage third-party agencies responsible for media buying and creative execution
– Align closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure effective lead follow-up and opportunity progression
– Oversee the Versapay website and web assets, focusing on conversion and funnel progression
– Manage the prospect database and develop outreach strategies to generate interest through marketing campaigns
What Youâll Bring
– A bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
– 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing integrated marketing
– Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue
– Deep knowledge of content marketing, campaign execution, event planning, and social media best practices
– Experience in SaaS or fintech is a plus; familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite, Sage, or Microsoft is a bonus
– Strong communication and storytelling skills with attention to brand consistency
– Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to track and improve performance
– Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
– A collaborative, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 per year
