We’re currently seeking an Email Developer with easy access to Campinas/SP to join a project for a major American investment client.

This is a fully on-site role, ideal for those who enjoy working closely with their team. You’ll also have the chance to use your English daily while interacting with colleagues from around the world.

Your mission:

Work alongside CI&T to help clients use technology to enhance business agility and improve customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in their digital transformation journey, delivering meaningful business value. Embrace new challenges, contribute to the team, and stay curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and maintain responsive email templates and modules in Knak, ensuring they align with brand standards and email best practices (e.g., accessibility, deliverability).
– Use Knak’s features, custom HTML/CSS, and platform-specific scripting (e.g., AMPscript for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, templating for Adobe Journey Optimizer) to implement dynamic content and personalization.
– Ensure smooth integration of Knak-built emails into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, dynamic content, data integration, and platform-specific errors.
– Document development processes, module specs, and integration methods for team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Email Developer with strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive email design.
– Familiarity with email tools in Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including templating concepts.
– Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and accessibility best practices.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering and functionality issues across various platforms and clients.
– Conversational English proficiency.
– Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Nice to have:

– Experience creating and deploying emails using HTML or no-code platforms.
– Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Content Builder, Email Studio, and Journey Builder, including AMPscript for personalization.

Important:

You must be available to work on-site daily at our Campinas office due to project security requirements.
