Your mission:

We are looking for a Senior QA to join the world’s largest Digital Beauty Ecosystem!

This role will focus on the Group’s Digital Store product, helping to structure, shape, and scale product quality. You’ll be responsible for automating processes, empowering people, and boosting team productivity with a strong focus on quality.

Your day-to-day:

You’ll promote a culture of quality and testing throughout the development and production lifecycle by defining tools, architecture, and a testing pyramid.

Your responsibilities:

– Promote a culture of quality and testing;
– Enable the use of automated testing in the DevOps pipeline;
– Support DevOps and Squads in improving monitoring, alerts, and performance indicators;
– Measure and track quality metrics and propose corrective actions;
– Plan and oversee the creation and validation of test scenarios;
– Communicate clearly and effectively with upper management;
– Develop best practice guidelines for software development quality;
– Support the Support team in analyzing incident indicators, proposing improvements, and ensuring their implementation;
– Implement CI&T Flow with a focus on quality.

Requirements for the role:

– Ability to work independently with team support;
– Solid understanding of the testing pyramid and functional testing across platforms;
– Basic knowledge of GitHub;
– Knowledge and experience with BDD;
– Experience with test automation tools (Robot, Chromedriver, Postman, Browserstack, Cypress, and HoppScotch).
