You’re deeply engaged with the changing digital landscape, always exploring ways to help clients succeed. You think boldly, build innovative strategies, and anticipate client needs before they surface.
Role Highlights
• You’ll partner closely with a small portfolio of clients, digging beyond SEO to understand their challenges and building annual strategies tailored to a specific audience.
• As the primary point of contact, you’ll focus on developing strong, long‑lasting relationships rooted in trust.
• You’ll help clients grow organic traffic and ROI by creating innovative assets informed by content gap analysis, competitive and audience research, keyword insights, and SERP analysis.
• You’ll translate data and results clearly, sharing progress tied to client goals using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe.
• You’ll collaborate with PPC, Analytics, Content, and Design to connect insights and workflows beyond siloed SEO.
• You’ll leverage AI to improve efficiency, test new tools, and design, refine, and share AI‑powered workflows that integrate SEO, content, and analytics.
• You’ll document and distribute these workflows across the team, creating templates and playbooks that help everyone level up. You’ll experiment, diagnose issues, iterate, and keep improving.
Essential Skills
• You have experience building and executing SEO strategies across multiple industries, with a strong ability to connect work to measurable outcomes.
• You approach digital marketing holistically: using data to guide decisions, crafting content that solves user problems, identifying the right influencers for promotion, and understanding how social platforms function.
• You’re confident handling client questions, leading conversations with executives, and applying strategic, critical thinking rather than simply checking off SEO tasks.
• You’re a strong project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, build multi‑tool workflows (Zapier, APIs, etc.), allocate resources, meet deadlines, and use tools like Basecamp or Wrike.
• You measure strategy performance, track ranking and traffic changes, and make informed decisions—clients trust you for it.
• You stay sharp on SEO trends and AI developments, sharing what you learn through blogs or team content. You rigorously test new features, understand their limitations, and demonstrate your AI workflows openly.
90‑Day Goals
• By Day 30, you’ll complete training and begin client support.
• By Day 60, you’ll have contributed to at least two meaningful client initiatives.
• By Day 90, you’ll be confidently managing a full client portfolio on your own.
This Role May Not Be a Fit If
• Managing time, switching contexts, and balancing multiple projects is difficult for you.
• You don’t want continuous learning and innovation to be part of your day‑to‑day.
• You struggle with change or adapting to new tools and processes.
• Your AI use is limited to basic content drafting or you have trouble adjusting when tools fail.
Compensation & Benefits
• $75,000–$100,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
• Compensation reviewed at least once per year.
• Benefits details available on our careers page.
