Teamshares is seeking a driven business leader to become the President/CEO of one of its network companies in the janitorial services industry, located in Westmoreland County, PA.
As a Teamshares company president, you’ll lead the business to greater profitability and guide its transition to employee ownership. You’ll be deeply involved in daily operations, managing strategy, finances, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a janitorial services business as its president
– Develop and implement a structured, measurable sales process to drive revenue growth
– Oversee business strategy, operations, and financial performance
– Manage and support a team of employee-owners
This includes:
– Creating and refining a data-driven sales system to boost conversion, shorten sales cycles, and improve retention
– Collaborating with the bookkeeper to make financial decisions and develop key business metrics
– Driving growth through marketing, outreach, and new service offerings
– Managing HR tasks such as performance reviews, compensation, and conflict resolution
– Evaluating and improving existing business practices
– Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community
– Leading the transition to employee ownership and fostering a culture of ownership
– Working with employee-owners to enhance operations and expand revenue
– Occasionally participating in hands-on work when needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
– Proven experience building and managing a successful, data-driven sales process
– Background in janitorial services, facilities management, or similar industries preferred
– Strong ability to respond to operational challenges and maintain client satisfaction
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Demonstrated leadership with a humble, team-oriented approach
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and innovating
– Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
– Solid business and financial acumen
