Your Responsibilities:
– Deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products
– Support store operations during your shift, share key updates, oversee production, uphold standards, and help train team members
– Delegate and prioritize tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
– Collaborate with and support the Cookie Crew
– Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow food safety guidelines
– Handle cash and manage deposits

Preferred Skills & Experience:
– Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
– Experience with Point of Sale systems
– Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
– Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality
– Detail-oriented and goal-driven
– Ability to lead by example and inspire others
– Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
