The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers placing meal orders. This role is responsible for delivering strong customer service while entering orders accurately and efficiently. We are a mission‑focused organization and welcome you to join our family.
The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with potential overtime beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Position responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls from clients placing meal orders, answering questions and delivering high‑quality service, entering order details into the correct system, documenting all client interactions, ensuring assigned clients have active orders, contacting case managers when special issues arise, and working efficiently without making clients feel rushed.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to de‑escalate situations and resolve issues quickly, and prior experience following company policies and values.
Preferred qualifications include one year of call center experience, familiarity with auto‑dialers, multi‑line phone systems, or CRM tools, experience with HIPAA procedures, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Physical requirements include repetitive hand and wrist movements, extended periods of sitting, and sufficient visual ability to perform the job.
