Mom’s Meals, a top national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare industry, is experiencing rapid growth. The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers placing meal orders. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently processing orders. As a mission-driven organization, we welcome you to join our family.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay, paid time off, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential overtime starting at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities include:

– Managing incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with placing meal orders
– Answering inquiries and delivering excellent customer support
– Entering order details into the appropriate system
– Recording all client interactions in the database
– Ensuring all assigned clients have active orders
– Communicating with case managers via phone, email, or fax for special client situations
– Working efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED
– At least one year of customer service experience
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle and resolve customer issues calmly
– Experience following company policies and demonstrating core values

Preferred Qualifications:

– One year of call center experience
– Familiarity with auto dialers, multi-line phone systems, or CRM software
– Experience with HIPAA compliance
– Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

– Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements
– Primarily sedentary work with extended periods of sitting
– Visual acuity including peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
