About the Role

As a Junior Social Media Content Producer at Sporty, you’ll be responsible for tracking major sporting events—whether or not they’re broadcast by Sporty—and transforming them into compelling social media content across text, image, and video formats.

What You’ll Do

– Monitor major games and sports news worldwide daily to create engaging social media content
– Develop creative ideas to promote key events on our channels
– Propose new visual formats, brief the design team, and oversee execution
– Generate video concepts, brief Sporty commentators, support production, and coordinate with editors to finalize content
– Use Photoshop to create simple graphics using existing PSD templates
– Provide real-time game coverage by posting highlight videos, final score graphics, and post-match reactions

What You’ll Bring

– Strong writing skills and fluency in Portuguese
– Active social media user with knowledge of key platform formats
– Passionate about sports and up to date with daily sports content
– Willingness to work during football match times, including evenings and weekends
– Basic Photoshop skills and familiarity with publishing tools for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.
– Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to collaborate with other departments
– Advanced or fluent English proficiency
