• Lead major Creative Operations initiatives, including vendor support, enhancements to our podcast production ecosystem, workflow improvements, new ad format operations, production process development, and project management tool innovation.
• Identify issues and trends in production and work proactively to improve workflows across teams, serving as the go‑to resource for creative and production matters.
• Represent Creative Operations in broader cross‑functional efforts, driving automation initiatives that boost efficiency and scalability.
• Manage external production partners, guiding creative best practices, onboarding new vendors, addressing feedback or issues, and helping train internal teams and third‑party partners on production processes.
