We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success team. In this position, you’ll support the sales process from RFP submission through campaign wrap-up, with an emphasis on consultative client service. The role involves strategy and media planning, consultative selling, project management, and data-driven storytelling. You’ll be a dependable and essential team member who can anticipate client needs, and your work will help shape how the world experiences audio.

What You’ll Do
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to Spotify’s advertisers and agency partners.
• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing questions and requests throughout the sales and campaign process.
• Manage RFP responses and media planning across all buying channels.
• Participate regularly in client meetings to strengthen relationships through valuable engagement, including campaign preparation, launch, optimization recommendations, reporting, and wrap-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns that meet key performance goals and deliver expected results.
• Oversee all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation, including creative production, spec review, asset collection, and accurate creative trafficking.
• Track pacing, delivery, and performance, and adjust media plans as needed to meet client objectives.
• Use reporting and insights to identify and pitch new or expanded opportunities to grow the business.
• Lead projects involving complex workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a product expert, educating clients and agencies on Spotify’s products and advising on best practices and tailored optimizations.
• Analyze and present data, including brand studies, to provide detailed insights, recommendations, and findings.
• Own post-campaign analysis and deliver takeaways that drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing and revisions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Follow internal guidelines, processes, and operating cadences.

Who You Are
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in digital media planning or buying.
• You possess strong industry knowledge and are eager to grow within digital media.
• You understand advertising performance metrics and the broader ad ecosystem.
• You’re known for delivering exceptional customer service.
• You can translate client needs into recommendations that achieve business goals and desired outcomes.
• You can build persuasive sales stories using data and research.
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently within a team environment.
• You work well with cross-functional teams and all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• You have strong presentation and communication abilities.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tools.

Where You’ll Be
• This role is based in London.
• We offer flexible work arrangements. While some in-person meetings are required, you’ll still have the option to work from home. We ask that you come into the office 2–3 times per week.
