We’re hiring an Enrollment Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. This role will lead a key client vertical, building strong relationships and driving enrollment through strategic, data-driven marketing efforts. You’ll develop and execute tailored campaigns that maximize engagement and meet ambitious enrollment goals. We’re looking for a proactive, strategic thinker who can independently create and implement marketing playbooks for diverse populations.
What you’ll do:
– Collaborate with client-facing teams to turn insights into effective campaign strategies.
– Manage a portfolio of key accounts that contribute significantly to company revenue.
– Design integrated marketing campaigns using client segmentation across Sword’s product suite to meet enrollment targets.
– Oversee campaign execution, monitoring, and performance measurement.
– Serve as the main marketing contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns.
– Maintain high standards for flawless campaign delivery.
– Work cross-functionally with growth, content, and analytics teams to test, optimize, and refine campaigns.
– Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
– Use data and feedback to improve future campaigns.
– Partner with content and growth teams to refine and scale successful campaign strategies.
– Use data to inspire and improve creative content that boosts member enrollment.
What you need:
– Experience owning a customer vertical and developing scalable marketing playbooks.
– 8+ years in B2C enrollment marketing, preferably in tech or digital healthcare (B2B2C experience is a plus).
– Strong client-facing skills with a history of delivering tailored solutions.
– Proven success in user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
– Ability to manage cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
– Strategic and execution-focused mindset.
– Comfortable working across diverse teams including analytics, growth, content, and client services.
– Creative thinker who seeks innovative ways to drive enrollment.
– Data-driven with a strong ability to use insights to optimize campaigns.

Salary range: $108,080 – $169,840 per year
This is a starting range. Compensation is adjusted based on performance and impact. Actual pay depends on experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Compensation may include base salary, bonuses, and stock options.
