As a member of the CEO Team, you’ll be at the center of strategic decision-making during a time of rapid innovation and expansion. Your primary focus will be on supporting competitive intelligence and key initiatives that shape the company’s growth strategy and market positioning.
The CEO Team, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for:
– Supporting the CEO and executive leadership through strategic and operational initiatives during a period of exponential growth
– Leading cross-functional, high-impact projects across core business areas
– Driving the development of new business verticals and initiatives
– Promoting organizational alignment and accountability as a catalyst for change
What You’ll Do:
– Contribute to competitive intelligence by structuring, tracking, and analyzing competitors across products, markets, and go-to-market strategies
– Assist with high-priority projects, including investor and board communications and corporate development
– Support leadership with decision-making, communication, project management, and cross-functional execution
– Develop and maintain strategic tools like battlecards, competitor profiles, and comparative analyses to support Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
– Translate complex, fast-evolving information into clear, actionable insights
– Track industry trends, emerging players, partnerships, and M&A activity to inform strategic planning
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital/private equity, or business development
– Strong analytical and synthesis skills
– Curious, proactive, and resourceful mindset
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
– Excellent organizational and planning abilities
– Fluent in spoken and written English

Compensation:
– Annual salary: €29,430 – €46,247
– Base salary: €23,100 – €36,300
– Variable compensation: €1,400 – €2,200
– Estimated annual equity value: €4,930 – €7,747
These ranges are starting points. Compensation is adjusted based on performance and impact. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses or incentives, and estimated equity value, which may change over time.
