Journey Clinical is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis by promoting the use of innovative treatments that deliver long-term clinical benefits. We’ve developed a comprehensive healthtech platform to broaden access to Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), beginning with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our collaborative care model, licensed therapists provide psychotherapy, while our in-house medical team handles patient eligibility, treatment planning, and outcome tracking. Our platform equips therapists with the tools and support they need to become confident KAP providers, ultimately raising the standard of care and improving patient outcomes.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance both therapist and patient experiences. This role is central to driving the company’s growth by connecting marketing, product, and clinical operations into a unified, scalable system. It’s a strategic, analytical, and cross-functional position that combines product strategy, growth experimentation, and operational design. You’ll collaborate with clinical, marketing, data, and engineering teams to create seamless, impactful experiences that improve critical metrics like activation rates, lifetime value, and marketplace efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

– Lead product strategy for one or more major growth areas (e.g., Therapist Activation, Patient Conversion, Monetization), from identifying problems to launching and refining solutions.
– Analyze user journeys across therapists, patients, and internal teams to identify pain points and develop product-driven solutions that boost adoption and efficiency.
– Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Data Science, and Success Teams to align priorities, maintain data accuracy, and drive measurable results.
– Use data to inform decisions—define key metrics, run experiments, and draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative sources to prioritize high-impact work.
– Work with the team to implement agentic workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve the user experience for therapists and patients.
– Translate business goals into actionable product requirements, including strategic documents, specifications, and success metrics.
– Help shape the future of the product organization by refining our development processes, team rituals, and culture as we grow.

Who You Are:

– You have 5+ years of product management experience in a growth-stage SaaS, marketplace, or healthtech company.
– You’re highly analytical and systems-oriented—comfortable building models, analyzing funnels, and identifying conversion drivers in a complex ecosystem.
– You can navigate both strategic discussions and detailed execution, turning business goals into clear action plans.
– You’ve worked cross-functionally with teams like marketing, sales, operations, and data.
– You have a proven track record of driving measurable results in areas like activation, retention, or revenue growth.
– Experience with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Snowflake, HubSpot) is a plus.
– You have strong empathy for both therapists and patients and are passionate about improving access to mental health care.
– You’re action-oriented and willing to do what it takes to deliver—whether that’s creating mockups, writing copy, or developing go-to-market plans.

While we’re open to hybrid work, we prefer candidates based in the NYC area who can be in the office 2–3 days per week as needed.

What We Offer:

– Competitive salary and equity
– Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
– Unlimited PTO (we encourage at least 18 days off per year; most team members take 25+ including mental health and moon days)
– Flexible work hours
– Fast career advancement and the chance to build a team over time
– The opportunity to help shape a new industry and business model in healthtech, with access to top experts
– A meaningful impact on people’s mental health and well-being through innovative treatments like psychedelic-assisted therapy

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year

If you’re unsure whether you meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. We’re open to expanding our vision of the role and may have overlooked something valuable. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other protected status.
