The Role
As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Client Success Managers and Client Success Managers by ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage internal workflows after the sale and handle creator relationships. You’ll confidently manage daily tasks independently, knowing when to escalate issues and keeping the CSM informed with clear updates. You’ll take full ownership of campaign execution, ensuring it meets both client expectations and internal benchmarks.

– You’ll become an expert in campaign reporting, gathering post-campaign data and creating insightful reports.
– You’ll build a strong partnership with your CSM, proactively raising concerns and keeping them updated with key information.
