About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain area within the global IT team, helping to drive meaningful transformation across the organisation. You’ll be directly involved in replacing legacy platforms, delivering scalable cloud‑focused solutions, and exploring how automation and AI can enhance the way we work.

What You’ll Do:
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
– Capture, document, and manage functional and non‑functional requirements.
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and priorities.
• Facilitation & Engagement
– Lead workshops and meetings to collect and refine requirements.
– Serve as the link between technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Agile Delivery & Documentation
– Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories.
– Support solution reviews, testing efforts, and risk management activities.
• Process Improvement
– Use BPMN to model business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.

What You’ll Bring:
Must haves:
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on IT change or software delivery projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage your workload independently with minimal supervision.
• Skill in BPMN process mapping and eliciting business requirements.

Nice to haves:
• Background in supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA Software and Confluence.
• A recognised business analysis certification (IIBA/BCS).

Location:
• This is a remote‑first role, with occasional travel to Janet Nash House in Durham and other CEF sites as needed.
